FAQ
Do you have a cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a fee 50% of the service total. No show fee is 75% of the service total, and may result in being blocked from booking. Repeated cancellations may result in being required to place a non refundable deposit before booking.
What if I am going to be late?

A late fee is applied after 30 minutes and may result in a shortened service such as no blow dry, or even a cancellation fee and needing to reschedule. I always do my best to stay on schedule as well and will always contact you if I'm a bit behind; I respect your time too!
Is it true that dirty hair is best when coloring?
This is a long perpetrated myth. Two day hair is usually fine, but excess product build up and oils actually prohibit the color from working as effectively. It makes it so that the color or lightener has to break through all of that product on the hair.
Why do your prices say "starting at"?

Each service includes a standard amount of time and/or product. This can go up based on hair length and density, as well as extra time needed to complete the service.
How do I know what to book?

I have a service menu you can check out. If you are still unsure, never hesitate to contact me! It's important to me that we're on the same page and have enough time together.
What is your re-do policy?
If you are ever unhappy, let me know within 7 days and I am happy to make adjustments so that you are satisfied. Due to the artistic nature of my services, I do not ever offer refunds.
Please note that a re-do is different than not liking something on yourself even though it was delivered as promised and agreed upon, or changing your mind.
What should I wear to my appointment?

I want your appointment to be as comfortable for you as possible. You are welcome to wear what you would like, but here are some of my recommendations:
-Avoid bulky & hooded sweatshirts or turtleneck blouses. These types of clothing run the risk of being exposed to color or making the hair lay weird.
-I will always put a cape on you, but you are welcome to also wear one of our chemical resistant robes to protect your clothing further.
-I recommend wearing solid, neutral colors, as they will allow you to see your actual hair color the best. These colors also tend to look best in pictures
